The Board of Directors of Den Hartogh Holding B.V. has announced the acquisition of majority shares of Shanghai Xintao Dangerous Cargo Transportation Co., Ltd (XT Logistics). This joint venture will significantly increase Den Hartogh’s capability to provide end-to-end chemical logistics services in China.

In these times of COVID-19, Shell announced to donate 2,500,000 liter of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) for the manufacture of hand sanitizers. IPA is made by Shell at their Pernis site and is one of the key ingredients to produce disinfectant hand gels. Den Hartogh has now offered Shell to transport 25 shipments of IPA from Pernis to the hand gel production sites free of charge.
