This prestigious recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and sets us apart from the competition.
EcoVadis is a globally recognised sustainability rating platform that analyses over 100,000 companies annually, evaluating their performance across four critical areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. These evaluations aim to provide a transparent view of how sustainability practices are being implemented across industries. The EcoVadis sustainability scorecards offer detailed insights into ecological, social, and ethical risks in 200 categories across 175 countries, and the ratings are accessible to business partners via an online platform.
Journey to Gold
In the past year, our score increased from 55 to 75 points, placing Den Hartogh in the top 5% of all EcoVadis-rated companies. We made significant strides in Environment and Labour & Human Rights, with both categories improving by over 25 points. Notably, we achieved an impressive 86 points in the Environment category - our highest score to date.
