Den Hartogh respects the rights of all people in all countries in which we operate. Den Hartogh seeks to support local communities by engaging with local subcontractors and promote the employment of local people, where possible. 

Den Hartogh promotes and supports local charity initiatives, through local and group wide schemes such as the Den Hartogh Community Cares programme. Den Hartogh Community Cares is an initiative to support social responsibility through our local country teams to give back to the local communities. The six values of Den Hartogh form the foundation of Den Hartogh Community Cares: Openness, Respect, Fun in Business, Initiative, People Development and Caring. Colleagues from our country teams work together in their communities by for example organising charitable events, volunteering or contributing to their communities programmes. By collaborating and working together towards a common goal, we hope to unite employees from different offices as we believe that we are better together.
